With this process, we can assess a building’s specific defects and uncover any new issues.

Planned Preventative Maintenance Surveys

We use these PPM surveys to assess the current state of a property, providing you with a detailed report of the works and maintenance required both now and in the future, along with a schedule of works that includes budgets and timescales,  listed according to urgency and priority.
